1. Purpose

The Salt Pans Ultra Photo Gallery, hosted on Pixieset, is provided by Outdoor Adventures BW (Pty) Ltd to share and distribute official event photographs from the Salt Pans Ultra Marathon and related events.

2. Access and Use

By accessing or downloading photos from our gallery, you agree to use them responsibly and in accordance with these terms. The gallery may contain images of participants, staff, volunteers, and spectators captured during the event.

3. Copyright and Usage Rights

All photos are the property of Outdoor Adventures BW (Pty) Ltd and its photographers.

• Personal use (social media sharing, printing, or personal archives) is permitted.

• Commercial use, resale, or redistribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

• Media outlets and sponsors may use images for editorial or promotional purposes only if they credit Salt Pans Ultra and the event photographer when applicable.

4. Privacy

Participants understand and agree that by entering the event, they may be photographed or filmed for use in event coverage, promotion, or marketing materials. Requests for image removal can be submitted by email to info@saltpansultra.run. We will review and act on reasonable privacy requests promptly.

5. Image Identification

While we aim to label and categorise images accurately, Outdoor Adventures BW (Pty) Ltd does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of tagging or participant identification.

6. Liability

Outdoor Adventures BW (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any misuse or unauthorised sharing of images by third parties once they are downloaded.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the gallery following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
